Fizz ( that little blue guy ) has the habit of getting his shark Chomper to gnaw on people in the game, having it surge right under their feet ! The shark was unavailable at the time though, so they had to find some replacement. Nami the mermaid, don't seem to mind X3
I'm happy with how this one came out, I tried some new techniques ^^ Thanks a lot to those who offered me suggestions and critiques during the WIP !
Fizz, Nami, Janna, Miss fortune, Lulu, Ziggs belongs to Riot.
You improved in everything I said in another are you submited, Its great.
The only thing I can come up with is that Im not reallt sure about the miss fortune pose. but for everything else, I love it
I have to cover 100 words so I'll say: space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space space
And so it must continue. My needless ramblings of your art must continue for my greater good. I think. I still don't know if I'm talking about any of this sort of stuff correctly yet. In either case, let's get this show on the road.
Now, I was able to look at the Work In Progress picture you posted earlier. Not only did you do so much in around the span of 12 hours or so, but it also looks amazing. Now, let's dive right in, shall we? Ha ha ha...
As for the figure, she looks good. In particular, the neutral, dulled out colors on her figure are very good. It's also a primary triad of red, blue and yellow, with an emphasis on the yellows, I think. As well, that the texturing on her body, her wispy fin protrusions(if that's what they are), and her shoulders look great. Though, her shoulders don't seem to adhere to the scale theme, went it comes to the outline texture. Maybe that's just me, though. And we also see more usage of those extreme top-down angles here. Its getting better, Sire.
A little more on the figure, which is something I noticed during the WIP, is the nose. It looks better than the nose you had on her face earlier, when it looked like it was sort of pasted on there. Here it looks much better, forming into the brow ridge, little nasal bump included! But, it does look a little small, then again that's a personal taste from anatomical preferences. Because it's the anime/manga style, a petite nose is perfectly valid here.
Now, as for details, the water effects are amazing! There's a great amount of detail put in there with the right color jumps to express the reflective nature of water. It's simply beautiful. Though, I feel as to express it further you could have had some residual water in the air near her face, considering how the mermaid seems to be erupting forth form the water. Yet, that could possibly distract the viewer from the figure, and the overall design would be too cluttered...hmmm... Though, I personally think Bill Watterson's water splashes are the best as far as a cartooning stand point.
Now for that dreaded combination of words, called Line Variation. i thin it was executed rather well when it came to those wispy, yellow fins. Then again, they could just have that outline regardless. In either case, it serves its purpose well. But, I do have to ask, is the world of League of Legends one giant forest? It seems as though every LOL picture you've done so far has a forest motif. Unless you're hoping by drawing them in Felarya, that the creators will include it in the game. Just a curious question is all.
Overall, another technically sound, wonderfully executed piece from you Grand Sire! Your painting skills shall improve.
Ha yeeeah! I know one thing you can feed yourself of....... My Tuna Sandwich, I had a little spices when mixing the tuna with the vegetables and the mayonnaise.
